Throughout my studies and work in practice, I have been consistently passionate about: an architectural process that listens to people and what they want from their buildings; and an architecture that is derived from history and context, interpreted in contemporary language and form. I believe that an understanding of history, thorough design solutions, and traditional craft, is integral to creating architecture with longevity. My strong ambition is to become further involved in, and contribute to, the Scottish and international architectural community via discourse.
