Botanic Gardens Pavillions

The brief was to rejuvenate a neglected part of the Aberdeen University campus – their Botanic Gardens. There was to be the addition of a cafe and horticultural centre. We were encouraged however to develop our briefs with our live client – the curator of the gardens. Rather than create one large building which may detract from the beauty of the gardens, I divided the brief into separate buildings.
